Hi, I'm Leanne...

I'm a qualified Integrative Counsellor and hold a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, based in Chelmsford, Essex. With experience across diverse settings including social care, education, and private clinics, I offer a range of mental health support. My practice involves assisting individuals from various backgrounds dealing with a spectrum of mental health conditions.

I found myself called to counselling as I have a desire to help. I have a deep compassion for others which aids me to support those who are experiencing poor mental health or are going through difficult life circumstances.

Central to my work is providing a non-judgmental, attentive space where you can express yourself fully. This forms the cornerstone of my support, guiding you towards self-understanding. As an integrative counsellor, I employ a blend of therapeutic methods tailored to your needs. I firmly believe in your expertise regarding your own life, and my role is to facilitate deeper self-exploration, helping you navigate obstacles hindering your progress towards goals and ideals.

Book Your Call

Book your free 15 minute phone call where we will discuss what brings you to counselling and I will answer any questions you might have about counselling.

This call holds no obligation to move forward to our first session. You will be afforded time and space to consider your next steps.

Initial session

During our first meeting, I want to get to know you better – your background and where you are in life right now. It's a safe space to talk about any concerns you're facing, and together, we'll plan a path forward for our journey ahead. Your comfort and well-being are my priority.

Ongoing Therapy

In every 50-minute session, I'll follow your lead, discussing whatever you'd like to bring to the table. Within our safe space, my goal is to truly listen, without judgment, and to offer empathy and understanding to your thoughts and feelings. Drawing from my expertise in psychotherapeutic theory, I'll also provide interventions as needed.
